Our Products
Panel building
The defining feature of our panelized building is the use of panel materials to minimize pillars and beams, creating vast, unobstructed interior spaces.
They are also excellent in terms of heat insulation and airtightness, making it possible to provide the optimal pig farming environment.
The interior features a full FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) specification, providing superior corrosion resistance. This allows easy cleaning to maintain a sanitary environment.
Feed Silo
We began manufacturing feed silos in 1969 that we continue to manufacture, sell, and install today.
Our feed silos use support pillars from Yoshimoto Pole.
Having manufactured high-quality feed silos for many years, we pay careful attention to other iron materials and raw materials including FRP resin.
Our feed silos feature remote-controlled inlets, increasing safety by reducing the need for climbing.
BinConnect
BinConnect detects minute strains in the support pillars to monitor remaining feed levels.
In the management of their farms, it is very important for livestock farmers to track feed consumption.
BinConnect enable farmers to check the amount of feed remaining in real time.
Farmers can install a small sensor with an integrated antenna on a feed tank support pillar to begin measuring the amount of feed in the tank.
Measurements are unaffected by feed bridging or variations in specific gravity because the sensor measures pillar strain directly.
Measurement data is uploaded to the cloud, enabling farmers to easily check feed levels using a computer or smartphone.
Our Technology
Air-conditioning management system
A controller installed in the building makes it possible for farmers to use a computer to control air-conditioning equipment, including ventilation fans, making it possible to keep interior spaces at a constant temperature throughout the year.
The system also makes it possible to extract data about the interior environment of buildings to facilitate forecasting and the management of the growth of livestock and the environment.
Biological air cleaning system
The air cleaning system removes ammonia and other malodorous substances from the air exhausted from piggeries, to address the odor pollution of the surrounding area, which is a problem in livestock farming.
The system removes 90–99% of ammonia and other odor-causing substances by passing air through two layers of filters.
It is environmentally friendly, utilizing the power of microorganisms within the filters without the use of chemicals.
Additionally, IoT technologies are used to detect and automatically control the temperature, pH level, and pollution level of circulating water, which reduces farmers’ workload.
